Process Parameters
- Power: 3 kW – 427 kW (for advanced heating systems like district heating and power regulation, our Power-to-Heat solutions are ideally suited)
- Temperature: standard design for max 150°C
- Pressure: 6 bar in standard design / 10 bar in high-pressure design
Working Fluids & Surface Load
Our heaters are designed to handle demanding fluids with critical surface load considerations. They are compatible with:
- Oil (HFO, MDO, Lube oil, Thermal oil)
- Water (with or without additives)
- Emulsions (Oil & Water)
- Seawater & Bilge
Special metals and heating element surfaces ensure compatibility with these fluids.
Process Integration
Mechanical Integration:
- Standard designs feature flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1/11B1/DN15-DN250/PN16
- Optional Triclamp or threaded connections
- Security features include overpressure valves
- Connection positions can be adapted upon request
Electrical Integration & Control Systems:
- Easy integration with preconfigured control systems for straightforward commissioning
- Includes process control with sensors and safety temperature limiters
